Room was clean and smelled good. Staff was friendly and had answers to my questions. Did not visit the gym or restaurant. Breakfast was not that great. Very busy no place to sit. Eggs were runny. Not a wide variety of things to chose from. The water park. Is old and outdated. Not enough seating. Pool was was so cold. Waterslide water was also very cold. A lot of flat tubes. Rusty old equipment.

We stayed here for a dance competition at the convention center, and the convenience of going directly from the hotel to the convention center was amazing. That made the stay much easier. The hotel was more expensive than others nearby. The water park was okay and clean, but you can tell it’s older. The metal under the slides is pretty rusted, which was a little concerning. Even though it was busy, the lines were surprisingly short. Our shower didn’t drain properly, but staff fixed it quickly, which we appreciated. The bed was harder than I prefer and my back was hurting after two nights. We were also told checkout was 11, but housekeeping knocked at 10 trying to clean the room. Breakfast did not have many options, we ended up going else where for breakfast. Overall, the convenience was the biggest plus.

Not a big fan of the breakfast. Rooms were ok decent. Not updated. The arcade had a lot of games that were down. Pool is rusty and old. Overall my kids had fun and the staff was amazing. Very friendly and will definitely be back when the weather is warmer.

Staff was great, the room is dated, the bathroom needs a good cleaning, tub didnt drain properly, the showerhead was broken, the room door had been kicked in and it disnt close properly and Tiny Romas still doesn't serve alcohol.

This was our 4th stay. Everything remained excellent except breakfast. Each time we have stayed was midweek for Loras Basketball. We had a great hot breakfast the first three times. this time we were handed a frozen breakfast sandwich to microwave ourselves. EHH.

Rooms are super dated. The blanket situation is awful…sheet, thin microfiber blanket and another sheet, but that was ok for us as the thermostat wasn’t working we had it down to 62 and was definitely upper 70-80 degrees in the room. Blinds were ripped, and has a old banquet chair in our room, not the plush one shown in pictures.

The room was clean and surprsingly quiet for the amount of kids. The kids had a blast at the waterpark. The waterpark needs a facelift and some repairs but it appeared they are working on updating parts of it. The breakfast was surprsingly good and exceeded expectstions compated to typical continental breakfasts. Would recommend!
