Fun first timer experience

We went to the Grand Harbor for the first time. The waterpark, though, aged was loads of fun. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only nitpick was that the walls behind the nightstands were super dusty but I would have never seen it if I did not need to plug something in.

Waterpark a blast!!

Waterpark of course was the highlight, we had a blast despite the strong chlorine. Rooms were ok, bedding very wrinkled.. not a good first impression wasn’t sure if room had been cleaned or not. Seemed like furniture was missing.. large empty spaces.. like maybe chair and table removed? Weekend we were there very crowded with spring breaker, staffing for breakfast could have been better.. they were out of everything and the two working were running like crazy… other guests were not helpful or polite no fault of the gals trying to keep up with demand.

For $500 expected more

Top sheets and comforters clearly aren't washed as there is cheeto fingerprints all over the beds. The bath tub faucet drips constantly, many large blemishes on walls, honestly disappointing for what you pay.

Our hotel room had curtains missing and broken. The chair in the room was broken. There were red stains on the floor all over the room. We have stayed many times at this hotel and it is outdated but this experience was a first where the room was in shambles and disgusting. Half the arcade games are broken. The water park could use some love.

Rooms need updated

If it wasn’t for the Water Park and my grandkids, I would never stay here. The rooms are outdated and need a deep clean. The carpet in the room was disgustingly dirty. Im glad I brought socks to wear. The breakfast in the morning was very good! Nice variety of foods offered. The water park was good. The kids loved it. Could use a few more tables and chairs to put your belongings on. Everyone of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful! Overall it was the rooms that were the negative for our trip.

Needs cleaning and maintenance

The waterpark needs a good cleaning and maintenance. Several of the interactive water elements were broken. Many of the games in the arcade were out of service. Our floor smelled of weed upon our arrival as well.

Meh!!

Both bathroom and bed linens were dirty. In an attempt to call the front desk, we discovered that the phone in the room didn’t work. Elevator smelled of marijuana. Enjoyed the staff at Tony Roma’s.

Family weekend get away

Hotel overall was good. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was surprisingly really good!!! Arcade and water park was average. Definitely well used and could use some up grades. The one downfall was the smell and amount of chlorine used in the water park. It hit you once you walked into the park. We could only be in there maybe 2 hrs and the kids started to cough so bad almost vomiting and our eyes burned for a couple hrs after getting out.

Fun time

We had a family gathering for the weekend and very much enjoyed the Water Park and overall hotel experience. Our room was comfortable and clean. The water park is a nice size for younger children. Lots of fun was had by all. We would book again.

Everything is the same from when I was a kid. Both hot tubs were filled with kids the whole time when one is supposed to be adults only. Waterpark is rusted and out dated. Not enough tables and chairs in the Waterpark we had to sit on the ground and make our own pile of stuff. Breakfast is packed again not enough tables and chairs, there was lines just to get on the elevator then lines to get to the breakfast. We ended up going somewhere else to eat.

I felt like the waterpark could use a much needed update. There is only one way to get into the waterpark and you have to go through the lobby while people are checking in and the doors kept opening because of the traffic. I wouldn’t thane minded if it was summer but we did stay while there was a freeze warning with negative degree weather. I felt like if there was possibly a remodel they could figure out way to avoid walking through the lobby and fix some cosmetic things the waterpark needed.

Maintenance Required

The hotel is in major need of maintenance. The carpet had a hole in it, the door had a crack at the bottom, the desk drawer would not stay closed, and a lot of evidence of wear and tear that have been neglected.
