Hotel texted me at 10:42 at night about a request i had made hours and hours earlier. I was asleep by 9 so they woke me up. Then they texted me about the same issue at 8:06 am, 2 hours before my alam went off, and woke me up AGAIN. When i brought this to their attention they literally ignored me and did not respond. No apology, no offer for a discounted stay, nothing. Not even a "We'll take that under consideration next time."

The hotel was picked for its amenities like a pool and breakfast. The pool is out of order and there was stale cereal hard boiled eggs and a waffle maker. Staff was friendly but would have stayed elsewhere as it was a family trip. This was picked because of the indoor pool.

Property was very clean and comfortable. Hair dryer didn’t work so I made them aware when I checked out. Hopefully it will be replaced before next guest. I would definitely stay here again.

Another couple was yelling, screaming, and arguing all night into the next morning. When i called staff they needed verification but minutes later popice were in the lobby for the couple. Staff never offered us anything, never reached back out. Bed was too hard and hurt my husbands back. Breakfast was a diabetics nightmare. Couch left a lot to be desired.

I stayed with my 10 year old daughter for an overnight trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The towel rack fell off the wall when I used the towel, but I did not feel that it was a big deal because I was able to easily to put it back on the wall. The breakfast grab and go with waffles. For the price, I felt like it was a good deal.

It took me some time to write this review because I was deeply upset about how our last night went. While using the indoor pool, my husband and I noticed we were out of towels in our room. Since only two small towels were provided, I decided to bring a couple of pool towels back to the room. The man at the front desk that night saw us with the towels and stopped us from taking them upstairs. I didn’t have an issue with this policy and returned the towels as requested. However, what happened next was completely unacceptable. The same man stopped me again and insisted I remove the towel I was using to cover myself. As a result, I was forced to walk through the lobby in just my swimsuit, soaking wet, to get back to my room. This experience left me humiliated and extremely uncomfortable. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

This is my 3rd time staying at Super 8 by Wyndham in Union, MO. Again, I was completely satisfied with my stay! THIS location takes great pride in making their location shine! The employees are friendly and accommodating. The outside grounds, front desk area, hallways, elevator and rooms are all kept clean and fresh. Their breakfast room is immaculate and well stocked. Thanks for all your hard work!
