Fantastic location, great for pickups on trips, secure. The hotel itself was modern, and the rooftop bar is a real treat. Breakfast was excellent and we were really disappointed to miss it on the second day due to an early collection. Big room, nice soaps. We got a bit of noise from the Aircon fans but earplugs masked this fine

A quiet and stylish retreat from the surrounding bustle. The hotel was comfortable and offered good (though somewhat limited) services. It’s in the midst of a busy and somewhat chaotic section of San Jose, but it manages to offer relaxation and calm. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The room TV did not offer any streaming options, only cable TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was fine, and the location was great, but the staff was cold compared to other places we stayed, and it felt like they were being intentionally unhelpful. Room service was not available (multiple dead ends on phone calls) and the airport shuttle was 3x the cost of an Uber. Breakfast, however, was very good, and considering the location, it all probably worked out fine.

The hotel staff are very nice and professional. My problem was Room 500 (The Loft) had the bed on a platform about five feet above the floor which required going up 5-6 step stairway to get to the bed. No night table for glasses, phone, etc. Only one way to get into the bed so the entrance needed to be choreographed as to how and when to get into and out of the bed for two people. The TV was under the bed with shag rug and bean bag chairs so we had to crawl under the bed to watch TV, which had such a low volume that we could barely hear or understand the movie dialogue. The room is not good for seniors due to these issues.

Problème avec le personnel qui n'est pas très compétent / professionnel. J'ai demandé le booking d'un transport pour aller à l'aéroport à une personne du desk, le lendemain je demande à une autre personne qui me dit qu'elle s'était trompé sur le jour du transport.... A cette dernière personne je demande la possibilité d'un late check out qui me dit que c'est OK pour 13H à la place de 12H. Le jour du départ le desk m'apelle en me disant que je devais libérer la chambre car il était 12H passé...Le message n'a pas été passé pour le late check out. Bref.... pour un séjour de moins de 3 jours dans cet hotel, cela fait quasiment 1 problème par jour avec le personnel... Parlons de la chambre: il n'y avait quasiment aucune étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires de toilette. Le pire est l'arnaque des deux belles bouteilles d'eau en verre dans la chambre, elles étaient remplies avec de l'eau du robinet sentant affreusement le chlore et ayant mauvais gout nous obligeant à acheter de l'eau minérale en dehors de l'hotêl.... Le restaurant roof top ne vaut que pour la terrasse à ciel ouvert. Les tables y sont minuscules, les plats et le vin y sont très cher d'un mauvais rapport qualité / prix. Rib Eye très cher et dur..... étant le plat le plus cher du restaurant, la viande m'est restée en travers du gosier entre sa dureté et le prix. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus dans la qualité et le choix des produits.
