This is an older establishment but you could tell they are doing little renovations. The outside was beautiful but the rooms were cute and very clean. We had a home repair and had to stay as an emergency. But i honestly had a great night and the staff was wonderful 👍

The door lock was missing the inside cover and had wires hanging out. The bedding was nothing more than a thick top sheet; there wasn't even a blanket in the room. I realize it is summer time, but I still want more than just a top sheet on me when I sleep.

While the bedroom was about what is to be expected when you book a cheap room, not the nicest looking but definitely a little.. run down looking. Holes here and there in the walls, fire alarm missing, ac leaked, and it was only diminished further by the hotel staff. The door had wires out of it as well, not safe if you have kids that could reach. Staff only came to clean the room once during the week me and my fiancé were there. They didn’t even clean the room, they just put more bags in the garbage cans. When we had to get more towels, the manager had scoffed and told us to find the house keepers and pointed to a direction. When we asked for more toilet paper, a reluctant look as if we were bothering him or waking him up from a nap. It felt like no one wanted to be bothered to help.

The person in the office argued with me that I selected a smoking room. I showed him my reservation and it clearly stated I selected a non-smoking room. The 1st room was disgusting. The bathroom and walls were brown and full of holes. The paint was peeling off the walls. The 2nd room smelled like urine. The 3rd room stunk do bad it made me gag. Please do no stay here. You will waste your time, effort and money. If I could give a negative 100 stars, I would.

We ended up leave a day early because there was a man going door to door knocking and running up and down the balcony all night and early morning. When we told the staff they non-chalantly told us “oh he’s on drugs”. Also we went to get towels and no body was in the office nor did they come to the counter. The water coming from the faucet smells like bleach. Holes in doors. And as we went to let them know we were leaving that we wanted a refund due to the man who we called the cops on the lady told me no and then proceeded to answer a call and booked our room again that night to someone else. I’m extremely unsatisfied I felt unsafe with my child and they did absolutely nothing to help me. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

The room was most definitely neglected. It was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like an ashtray. There were roaches every where. The ceilings were cracked and you could see outside. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall with no batteries and had exposed wires. I was beside myself. I ended up leaving as quick as I got there.

Terrible property!! Bugs on the floor and in the shower, smells awful and is gross! The beds have cigarette burn holes all in them too!
