room was nice, new renovation, mattress was really comfortable, good a/c but the outside of the place, well it needs work, so when you pull in you might thinks to yourself 'uh oh' but when you get your room you'll you feel much better about it, the rate is economical so it's worth it once you get passed the exterior..

Tub was dirty upon checkin; tub backed up with huge ball of hair, couldn’t regulate cold/hot water, no tissues or cups provided, no dresser or closet; chair broken; desk drawer would not open; tv did not work; staff who tried to fix tv left and never returned, blood stains on sheets; no maid service. Horrible horrible room!

Would stay again!

The room itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable. However, there was no hot water from the sink, and the cable connection was horrible. The parking lot in the rear of the building was a little scary. Not very well lit.

Service was good. The bed was very uncomfortable and for a non smoking room there were so many burn holes in the sheets& comforter.

There were many problems with the room. The bathroom faucet leaked, there was no mirror in the bathroom, there was no security chain on the door, and the TV didn't have the channels that I wanted to watch.

Don’t stay here

Should not be on Hotels.com. Room was dingy and smelt like smoke. No coffe maker /no ice machine. Tried to speak to someone in the morning and rang bell no answer/called no answer. Spoke to other guest and they said they had no hot water. Needless to say they won’t book this hotel again.

The staff person was quick in responding my booking. Unfortunately the surrounding areas were obstructed by heavy snow causing dangerous conditions to walk to my room or the guest services. Also a light outside was on causing difficulty to sleep. Those issues could be easily solved if anyone pays attention to them. Good thing about the room is heating and hot water. That’s is a 10 out of 10. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep and that also could be fixed.

Don’t do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I reserved a room with 2 queen size beds. Only had 1 room with 1 king size. Me and 3 kids in 1 bed. No comfortable at all. Smelled like cigarettes. Dirty panels missing on the wall the freezer was full of water 1 wash cloth 1 towel no key to get in code only probably never ever changed. Shower was gross everything was gross don’t go here not even your last resort

Room was dirty. Old lollipop sticks on the floor . Walls are duct taped . Curtains are nasty.six sheets of toilet paper on the roll and no extra in the room. Microwave has food in it.trash all over the grouds. The parking lot was never plowed from the snow two days ago and is now a sheet of ice. Junky broke down vehicle's packed in spots. Do not waste your money. The worst place we ever stayed.

Overall, ok. Key Issues!

This place got the job done for us broke college students. We were staying for a con going on at Kalahari, so we weren’t in the room a lot. There were some floor boards missing under the carpet, but overall it was clean and decent. Our main issue was the key cards. The first one we got didn’t work, then the second one let us in once before not working, and the same with the third we receive over the course of the weekend. The office is closed over the weekend, but they have a person on duty to deal with our card issues.

The hotel did not have the room I booked a month in advance with two beds. Our friends had to leave. Hotel was very run down and sketchy. Our room was filthy. Dirt and pieces of stuff all over the floor. Light bulbs were sticky we had to clean them with out wipes. Front desk lady came out in a bath robe, gave us a key that didn't even our door, then wouldn't answer the door or phone for 20 minutes so we could get the correct key. Very unhappy with our stay. Found out too late that there are better hotels in the area for the same price point

Stay at your own risk

Upon arrival there was no one in the office! We hit both doorbells multiple times and called the phone number. After we almost gave up a women came out in her PJ’s and looked like she just woke up. She was very nice once the transaction began. The door handle/lock moved all around and barely made us feel safe. The curtains did not completely cover the windows. The tv had no cable but there was someone else fire stick on the tv so we used their account to watch a movie. Bathroom sink had a constant flow of water and would not shut off! Took us 30 minute of running water in the shower to get hot water! The hot water was great once we got it. They left us very little toilet paper, when attempting to get a roll no one answered the door or phone. Lots of kids running around the property, all very polite. This will be a never again hotel!

People live in that property, it was very sketchy and I did not feel safe. My door’s lock was wobbly and I felt like a good kick someone could get in . I had to leave to another hotel for the night to fe safe.
