The room definitely needs a deep cleaning. I cleaned the shower myself to remove some of the mold. I also removed a lot of mold from the bottom of the patio doors. Upon arrival I received a text telling me to respond if I needed anything. The body wash was empty and I requested more towels (I stayed 2 nights) but there was no response. The in room jacuzzi was amazing and the staff were friendly.

The staff was great. The breakfast was very disappointing. None of my request were met. I asked for a fan that took me 30 mins to clean because there was so much dust outside and inside. We were woken up from the fire alarm. Which took them awhile to turn off. We get back to sleep and the snow plow comes in making a lot of there was no rest at all.
