For starters the property itself is AMAZING, we were assisted at the front desk by a super friendly and helpful guy named “hanz” (he needs a promotion imo) after being solicited for a timeshare for the next 30 minutes, we were finally shown on a map where our villa would be & given a parking pass . Again the property is amazing and huge ! We got food in the downtown area and headed back to the room to relax , called the front desk a few times and got ONE REPLY essentially. The rest we were either ignored or seems like made to wait until the question or item requested no longer mattered. While out shopping I received a text asking us to clean the room for the maids 😆 we were already planning on doing so , but to be told to do it after paying almost $700 for the night seemed “extra” … This isn’t about the price at all though , in fact we left and got another room for the weekend @ damn near the same price (1150 for 2 nights) … Not as fancy ,as far as the property goes but we’re actually being treated like PAYING GUEST here … we’ve been asked over 5x in the last hour or so “is there anything I can get you” & even received a check up call from the front desk reassuring whatever we needed was only a call away & NO PROBLEM. All in all , not sure if I’d do the Hyatt again 💯 Your money to waste though
