Lovely old hotel close to the seafront. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The lift is out of order so it was a bit of a chore getting everything up to the room, but the room itself was clean, warm and spacious. There was a separate bath and shower which was great. You choose your breakfast in advance and say roughly when you'll be there. The lady looking after us was super and all our food was perfect.
Such a delicious cooked breakfast along with toast and cereal. The restaurant was spotless too. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
One downside was the nightclub across the road, it was very noisy way into the night, but that's not the hotels fault. Also I must say some of the other guests had no respect for anyone else in the hotel and made lots of noise late at night, we always try to be quiet and considerate but it's a shame not everyone thinks that way, but again not the hotels fault.
