Someone needs to repair the outside stones leading into the front of the building. They are cracked, wobbly, and very unsafe. I almost stumbled on my way in and afterwards I had to be extra careful not to trip on my way out. Other than that it was a nice little place to stay overnight. The staff were very kind, the beds were comfortable, and I slept like a baby. I would def stay here again if I had to travel to the area in the future.

We couldn’t stayed there. I recommend if you traveling solo or with a partner is fine. No baby friendly. It’s a motel. Not a hotel. People can rent rooms for hourly rates. But it’s fine if you are alone.

We stayed for 7 nights total. It was a perfect area to get around easily using public transportation. 24 hour bodega next door. A little seedy late at night but I didn’t feel unsafe once in that area. The A/C unit worked great and the hot water was very hot. It does reek of weed sometimes.

Kind of sketchy area and overall sketchy vibes. Luckily the room itself seemed fairly clean and the bathroom had some modern features. Was only here for 1 night as we needed somewhere to sleep but would not really recommend for any longer than that. Extremely overpriced for what it is.

If you are looking to save money as I was, this is a good spot, but I didn't realize it also offers hourly rentals which they had a sign showing the rates for. I stayed here to be close to DUMBO where my conference was and it was a convenient walk to there with a close by Wegmans which is a great spot to pick up drinks or other food items. The towels were pretty beat up and thin and the water pressure was really low so something to note...

I was here for 7 agonizing nights. My room was on the first floor, so I could hear everything happening in the lobby. The main doors do not lock so people walk in at all hours of the night. The main desk is protected with bulletproof glass. During night 4, I feared for my safety as a fight broke out around 3am in the room above me. Sounded like the ceiling was about to collapse. The person next to me was smoking in the room and set off the alarm. My room and clothes smelled like cigarettes. Then his girl came over and they did their thing. I wish I had his stamina because it went on for a very long time. Overall, the shower was good. Bed was OK. AC was good. The staff was friendly. Best to avoid.
