Nice hotel, however the bed had an eggshall mattress cover. Very uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep together on. They need to invest in some new beds.

Beds were really comfy with thick pillow top matress pads. Hotel was very cute, well decorated. We liked the two lounge/game rooms and the outdoor patio on the second floor. Didnt get a chance to try the pickleball court but looked nice. Would stay again!

Room was clean & large. However the reliance on technology to check into hotel was disturbing to older adults. We were afraid we'd be sleeping in the lobby as we tried again and again to get code for our room. No staffing at front desk when we checked in at 5 even though posted hours were until 8. Music in lobby terrible. Refregerator not working properly.

I am completely disappointed. This is my first time staying there and will be my last. Everything is done over text. You do not have a front desk person very often throughout your stay. I stayed and paid for a room. I was given a code to get into my room. The next morning we were told that my room was not paid for my card was not processed completely embarrassing. I went to the front desk and showed them the transaction out of my personal bank account. They said it could be a glitch. They were not sympathetic. They were not apologetic. They blamed it on the computer. It was very unprofessional.

This was my first experience doing self registration with no person to check in with. All the instructions were sent thru text, easy to follow. The property itself was big, nice, clean hotel, wifi was fast. I love the big bathroom. Bed was nice, was on a softer side. Great place to stay close to lake chelan. Value for money.

Beautiful hotel, great accommodations, in very walkable area, close to coffee shops and restaurants. Loved the outdoor pool and sitting areas and my kids enjoyed the game room.
