Our experience at The Lodge was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with exceptional warmth and friendliness. The room was spotless, extremely comfortable, and decorated with excellent taste. The beds are incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the lake. Furthermore, the location is unbeatable: close enough to everything, yet offering the perfect peace and quiet to disconnect. The hotel's services are meticulously maintained, and the attention to detail is evident in every corner. Without a doubt, this has become our go-to place whenever we visit Lake Chelan. Highly recommended!

Check in was not so good. There was no one at the front desk at first. We were at the property for 20 min. dealing with someone over the phone. Finally a young attendant showed up and got us our room. Also, no elevators! If you are in need of those, this not the property for you. Amenities - there was pickle ball, game room, pool and hot tub. The pool shuts down at 9PM. Very disappointed, after returning from dinner, that we couldn't sit in the hot tub. Property was clean, pod coffee machines, nice water pressure, and beds were very comfortable.

Beds were really comfy with thick pillow top matress pads. Hotel was very cute, well decorated. We liked the two lounge/game rooms and the outdoor patio on the second floor. Didnt get a chance to try the pickleball court but looked nice. Would stay again!

The location was great, the room, was clean, the game room was a nice addition. We didn't use the pool. The only disappointment was there were no staff there most of the time except for check in. We put our sign up to have the room tidied up and never had it done even though my husband asked a maid when he saw her cleaning the room next door. She did give him some toilet paper which we were almost out of. We didn't know until the end of our 6 day stay that toilet paper, extra towels, coffees, Kleenex was available on a table in the entry way.

Amenities were terrific! Check in was slightly delayed as I never received my access code until about 45 minutes after my check in time after texting to request it. I opted for a late check out, however, around 9:30 am on checkout day, hotel staff attempted entering my room. I had already confirmed the late checkout time for 1 pm prior to this and it wasn’t even the standard checkout time of 10 am yet, so no one should have bothered us. Unfortunately, this woke us up when the plan was to sleep in. We left for coffee after yet again confirming the late checkout. When we returned, we were locked out of our room and had to find staff (not easy to find) until we were able to obtain a new code to access our room. The electric bikes were a great amenity we weren’t even aware of. I would have given 5-stars if the check-in and late checkout process had been even slightly smoother, but this wasted a lot of our time and money, voided the purpose of paying for a late checkout in the first place and set us behind on our itinerary. That’s very unfortunate. People pay extra money for convenience, but when that convenience is not granted and stripped from you after payment, that’s just bad business.

We just stayed there for the first time and was very impressed. Property shows like it’s new with nice touches in the lobby and hallways. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed being walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store. This time of year was cold and rainy so didn’t visit the pool area but now we know this hotel will be our go to in the future visits. Hard to beat price and location.

There were no front desk staff other than when we checked in the first day. That was very frustrating to assist with anything we needed or to report broken items in the game rooms. Overall, the hotel was nice for being brand new, but you can tell they are lacking staff, as was indicated when we checked in. Garbage not emptied on the grounds or in hallways. The game rooms were in very poor condition and extremely disappointing. Dirty and they would not accept coins and there was no one at the front desk ever to help with what we may have needed. Pool and hot tub were ok. The biggest issue for me was the stairwell fire doors were always propped open! This is not appropriate and I believe against fire codes.

Good price. Add $10 a night for a resort fee not disclosed as part of the Expedia price. Annoying but not a huge deal. New and clean. Modern rooms with mini fridge & small microwave. No front desk after 6:30pm - odd. No Security at all but, seems pretty safe. Yet it is Manson that historically hasn't been a great area but is now rapidly being ‘Gentrified’ and much nicer & eclectic. Walk to main street of cool restaurants & pubs. Hot tub open but jets were broken. Single Pickleball court with strange plastic surface and nice fence but balls can pass through. Overall, recommend.

Hotel was located right off the main road going through Manson,very easy to find. Room was clean and updated, bathroom was big. We had a double bed room and one of the beds had a weird foam mattress topper on it, was a little uncomfortable& made it hard to move around in bed. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing. Front desk staff was very helpful when we were looking for transportation to and from the casino which is about a mile away. Gave us the business card of a local Uber driver and told us about the casino shuttle. The only thing that would make me hesitate to stay here again is this hotel is on the pricier side, we were traveling in May and not sure if it's considered peak summer traveling time yet? Down the road from the hotel is a very nice family friendly winery called Wapato Point Cellars that has really good food and drinks with nice views.
