Amazing service!

We stayed at one of their villas for 3 nights. We did not know the villa would be at a different location but it turned out to be closer to downtown area than the hotel. The service was amazing, specially the communication. We are definitely going back and using them.

Muy contentos un hotel muy bonito limpio sobre todo la gente muy amable lo que más nos gustó fue que el personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar o resolver cualquier duda, el único pero es que la puerta del baño no cerraba pero nada que opacara la estancia. Definitivamente regresaríamos y recomendamos el hotel

I loved this property!! We liked it so much, on our last day back from being on the coast, we booked another night just to stay in the area before our flight the next day. We had stayed prior to this, 5 days before this.. The Villa is not at the hotel but it’s not too far.. very easy to get to, and you have your own driveway for your vehicle. That was a huge plus for us since we had a rental. When we went to the plaza all we did was find a local parking garage near by… not too bad.

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel fue muy agradable. la cama estaba cómoda, la Habitación amplio había un traga luz en nuestro cuarto, entraba luz de afuera, en las noches queda con luz en el cuarto, pero no fue problema para nosotros. Cercas del zocalo .

El nombre del hotel solo esta en un cuadrito que ni se veia, la zona en la que esta es muy solitaria y dicen que tienen estacionamiento pero no dicen que no es en el lugar esa varias calles adelante todo un desastre si no dan esa info desde el inicio

The perfect blend of Hotel and AirbNb. We reserved the “Villa” which is a two story house with two ample bedrooms, a living room, media room, two full baths and kitchen. It’s 4 blocks north of Santo Domingo temple and museums, so easily walkable and comfortable. If you want the included breakfast they will deliver it… also all the cleaning and changing of towels etc at your convenience. Great staff and wonderful place. We’ll be back!

I traveled with 3 other women and we all found Hotel Casa Divina Oaxaca a great place to stay. All of the staff were helpful and attentive. The included breakfast is really good and you have choices! The location was superb. We walked everywhere! The bar above is not always open but we had one night when the music went beyond 10 pm. Otherwise not a bother.

Cerca del centro, y lugares principales, cuenta con estacionamiento y si vas en tu auto eso es un plus porque mucho hoteles no ofrecen este servicio. Las recámaras acogedoras y muy limpias. We loved the property when we first saw it, but when we arrived, the hotel staff informed us that we wouldn’t be staying there. Instead, we were being sent to another location, far from the city center. We were exhausted from traveling and had been looking forward to checking in, so it was incredibly disappointing to be told we had to go somewhere else. This meant we would need to take a taxi every day just for breakfast, which was very frustrating. We went back to the hotel and explained that this was not what we had paid for. In the end, they agreed to give us a room at the original property. While it was a rough start and it felt like an attempt to bait and switch, everything worked out in the end, and the hotel was nice.
