I had an interior room of the courtyard. The metered parking was always available and right by my entrance gate so that was very convenient. The room itself was very clean, nicely updated and very secure. The exterior of the property could use some attention....paint handrails, spruce up the outside. Proximity to the ocean......amazing. Price seems high for this property.
