Replace your exterminator

This hotel is very close to 10/10, however it has roach/bugs problem. Occasional visits from these pests makes you wonder what their exterminator is getting paid for. Also, hallways desperately need carpets or other sound dampening, otherwise you hear EVERYTHING. Doors are also paper thin, and do not have any insulation. Breakfast is great, recently renovated, very good shower pressure, friendly staff! Recommend!

Great Staff!

The room given to originally had a cockroach in the bathroom. I discreetly notified front staff and she quickly apologized and gave me a room on the 5th floor. The new room was clean the bed soft and i was happy. I will be back, just not accepting a room on the first floor.

Nice stay in Lynnwood

Stopped in Lynnwood to see a friend and stayed at this location. Easy to get on and off the freeway, safe area, very clean room. Breakfast left some to desire, but was free. Pet friendly hotel with treats at the front desk. Small elevators, but rooms were great, very spacious.

Mention you have a pet!

We had an ok stay after a really stressful day of moving out of our house. We chose the hotel because it was pet friendly and we were with a cat in tow. At check in the desk agent did not ask about a pet, and I didnt mention it because I was so exhausted from our move. They gave us a room and as we were bringing in our belongings, including the cat, the clerk said we had to pay a pet fee, which we gladly did and then mentioned she had put us in a room on a pet free floor, but said it was ok. About an hour later we asked the same clerk if we could extend for another night and stay in the same room. She said yes and to let her know when we got back from dinner. When we got back, a new clerk was on and when we asked for another night, he said we would have to move to a different room on a pet friendly floor. We told him that the previous clerk said we were set to stay in the current room, but he said no. The next morning we spoke with a third clerk who said there were "notes" about us being on the wrong floor and again we would need to move floors if we decided to stay. We decided to check out and not purchase another night as we felt we were a bother instead of a guest. Clerks were nice enough, but not very accommodating. Breakfast was ok. Parking was easy. Bed was comfortable and shower was awesome!

Our stay was fine/average. I did have an issue with the bathroom lighting ... felt like I had to put my makeup on in the dark. The mirror lighting didn't provide enough light. The breakfast was marginal.

Not the best experience

Me and my partner had a horrible stay here. Our card kept acting up. It charged our card, but it didn’t go through on their end. They checked us in anyways, and then called me the next morning and said it didn’t go through that they had to still charge me so they were about to double charge me and then I also found a Tick in the bed they ended up making us leave. I’m not staying there again and they charged us the full price so I wanna figure out how to get my money back. I personally would not recommend.

The stay at Laquinta in Lynwood was overall pretty good. Comfy beds, clean rooms for the most part. Cons: walls are pretty thin, breakfast was slim pickins and sub par, if you aren’t early you probably wont get much of a breakfast. We were really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub both days of our stay… both days the hot tub looked fine but was closed. Called the front desk on our last day in the morning to see if it had opened and the front desk didn’t know if it was open or not, waited 10 min for a call back from the front desk. Walked down to check, looked in the jets were on but signs still saying closed.

Jeg har ikke ord om hvor godt dette hotellet er. Fine rom, good service, og veldig grei beliggenhet til kollektiv transport. Flere restauranter i nærheten også. I tillegg, min mor glemte igjen lommeboken på en restaurant siste kvelden vi var i Seattle, og etter å ha snakket med hotellbetjeningen, fikk vi ettersendt lommeboken da restauranten leverte den inn.

An efficient place to stay with a free breakfast.

It was a great stay while we visited and shopped around the area. A convenient place, and not far from the freeways. We brought our dogs along; there was a great place to walk them on a paved trail. A green lawn for them to do their business, and a 24-hour emergency vet within walking distance.
