Amazing staff, beautiful hotel
I recently stayed at the Hotel Maxwell Anderson while in town for a short visit, and I can’t say enough positive things about the experience. From the start, our first room was beautiful—modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds felt like clouds, and the pillows were absolutely perfect!
Unexpectedly, a situation occurred that was completely beyond anyone’s control—a bath in the room above ours flooded. From the moment I called the front desk, the staff jumped into action. Iris answered the phone and immediately sent a maintenance team member to our room. Within minutes, he arrived—kind, professional, and even managed to bring some humor to a stressful situation. I wish I had caught his name because he absolutely deserves recognition.
Right after maintenance left, a member of the housekeeping team arrived and thoroughly cleaned the bathroom—even the tub, which hadn’t been used. She worked quickly and efficiently, and I was impressed by her attention to detail, especially while I was on a call and unable to thank her properly.
Later, we stopped by the front desk to purchase tickets to the adventure park and met Hayden, the manager. He recognized us right away and had already prepared some options to make up for the inconvenience—even though none of it was the hotel’s fault. Hayden not only upgraded our room but also provided complimentary tickets to the hot springs. His professionalism and sincere concern really stood out, and his efforts did not go unnoticed.
