Wonderful hotel and staff. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect. The only drawback is that its located next to train tracks where there are active trains (that blow their horns!)

We travel around the world with FourSeasons and other fine hotels but not sure what happen to the service the night we stayed. It’s normally very good at any Four Seasons Hotel. We called 3 times to get some ICE for a bottle of champagne but it never came. We would expect a better level of service from this type of hotel.

Great hotel, location was great as well. There was only one option for parking for valet @ $75 a day or you had to find your own parking.
