Love this location, can get to San Juan de Dios mercado (south), and to Corona Mercado (north) within reasonable walking distance. There’s a small inconvenience: there’s no access to the road (meaning, you have to walk a small distance with your luggage), also, there is a restaurant across that plays live music until midnight or so.

Clean and well located hotel in the city center

I was a little shocked entering what they call a lobby and thought I had made a big mistake in reserving a room. However, entering the room we found a nicely appointed, very clean, modern room but it is extremely basic in amenities. Not even bottled water. In Mexico bottled water is essential when arriving in a hotel room. Also, no real space for much of anything however this could be because the room had two beds instead of one. Other amenities that are typically basic in a hotel room were also not available. The staff was friendly and cleaning staff always had the room spotless when we returned at the end of the day. Location of hotel very useful when exploring the historic center.

Beautiful but noisy!

The hotel was great. Great value and location but bar a couple of doors down has very loud music 🎶 on weekends. You can hear it very clearly!😞😡

Desde que se confirmó la reservación empezaron a mandar mensajes para realizar el pago con deposito, aún cuando en la aplicación se especificó que el pago se realizaría en sus instalaciones al ingresar al hotel. Fue muy molesto por que debido a actividades laborales no podíamos llegar en el horario antes de las 18:00, pero el pago en la aplicación está garantizado. Continuaron enviando mensajes que las habitaciones quedarían bajo demanda y que ibamos a perder la reservación.

La habitación es estrecha, las camas están “bien” un poco tiesas las sábanas, las cortinas filtraban un poco de luz de la calle no se podían cerrar, no hay agua ni café de cortesía que por el precio esperarías esa atención al cliente. Eso sí hay mucho ruido en la zona por ser zona centro. Reservé de emergencia, eso sí el personal muy amable. Sí eres discapacitado no tienen condiciones ni de elevador ni de habitación porque los lugares son estrechos. Sí te gusta el centro y no tienes problemas con la luz es un buen hotel, si vas a un evento o de fiesta sin duda es excelente, los detalles que yo menciono es más para quienes van con familia o a trabajar que esperan una noche reparadora. Volvería? Por emergencia y si no hay otra opción.

El hotel es bonito y cuenta con los servicios básicos como secadora en el baño y TV smart. También ventanas amplias eso es muy bueno. El único detalle es que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero se arregla llevando el auto a uno que está a unos pasos del Hotel.
