A boutique hotel to stayin, the decor is classic, feltl like back to the 50's. Sunflower is blossoming in the garden and we enjoyed sitting in the patio outside the hotel, listening to light music.

We booked this place for convenience and the website pic looked appealing. But when we arrived I was not prepared for what a sweet place this was! It looks and has the feel of a bed and breakfast house. The staff was so engaging and friendly and went out of their way to see that we had a pleasant experience. From the welcome card resting on our pillows to the matching robes in our armoire to the four poster bed to the gourmet breakfast and the outside sitting areas--it was perfect. We loved it so much we cancelled the next leg of our trip and extended our stay for three more days. STAY HERE! YOU WONT BE DIASAPPOINTED!

Our room was spotless clean with a newly renovated bathroom. There was no stains or signs of mold. It was spacious and had everything you may need: plenty plastic and paper cups, coffee and tea, a working keurig machine, enough towels, etc. For breakfasts the hotel served a cup of 2 baked eggs, a cup of yogurt with compote and granola, and a muffin. For kids there was an option with lucky charms cereal. There’s plenty of parking behind the building. The hotel has a restaurant but it requires a reservation without any exceptions. Bottom line, we’d stay at this hotel again.

Neat hotel. Wonderful staff and the restaurant on site was amazing! Was traveling solo but had a lovely thanksgiving dinner at Sego’s. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning that fueled happy days on the trail.

Excellent option in the Kanab area. I love the boutique feel of this hotel version the chain hotels. The staff at check in was so very welcoming and hospitable. The bonus was that Sego restaurant which is an excellent restaurant is right on the property, though it is now owned by the hotel. Our room was spacious, there was a welcome card when we arrived. That was a very special touch. The property is very conveniently located. I would 200% stay here again when in Kanab area.
