There was only one issue, but it was a big one: There is a spotlight on the grounds shining directly into the room. There are curtains the consistency of cheesecloth. There were thicker shade curtains, but after checking for many minutes, no way actually pull them. There was no track, these appear to have never meant to be used.
This issue, having bright light shining directly into the room you are trying to sleep in at night, is so big that it really over shadowed all the good. I cannot stress enough that you must be able to mitigate external light sources in the room. To do otherwise is to render it basically unusuable. The first floor has shade curtains to keep headlights out, but upper floors can just ...pound sand I guess? Everything else? 5 stars. With this issue? 1 star. At a certain point you actually have to do it all right or not at all.
