Great stay. Very clean room and it was nice to have a Japanese style shower and toilet. We loved the self-serve laundry. The beds were a little harder that we would like but overall comfortable. The buffet was a little bit sparse.

15-18時半の休憩&ドリンクは、 すこし、時間が短い。 ホテルに戻ると、19時過ぎるので、 ドリンクなどは手前のロビーでも飲めるようにして欲しい。 部屋の中は申し分なし。 玄関スペースが広すぎるのが 少し勿体無いが、過ごしやすい。 テレビも日本が番組が結構入るので、 有難いが、日本語字幕が余計だった。 消し方がわからなかった。 水のペットボトル提供も合理的で ストレスなく、必要な分だけ利用できて 申し分なし。 コーヒー用の砂糖やミルクも部屋に あれば、なお嬉しい。 駅からも近く便利． これて、大浴場やサウナがあれば、 最高でした。

Great service and ambience. Room size was adequate. Love how the hotel supplies large bottles of water for free that can be easily retrievable in the hallway and a 'real' & clean water kettle (not a coffee maker that spits out coffee tasting water!). Bathroom japanese style but a good size with toilet seat outside of bathing area. Cleaning schedule every other day while towels exchanged and garbage cleaned daily. Different lights in the room, including the reading lights came in handy. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only improvement areas: more space for hanging clothes needed; floors could vacuumed better; cleaners should be mindful not to use the same gloves to touch clean linen after changing the garbage can bag. Overall, great service and experience. Strongly recommend hotel!

口コミ通りフロントの方は日本語がお上手で不自由なく会話ができ良かったです。ですがモーニーングを食べたレストランはあまり良くなかった。ウェイトレスのご年配の方達は食器をガチャガチャ棚に戻し、ナイフをほり投げるように戻し（せめて宿泊客が横に立っていないときにしてほしい）、宿泊客にたいして通るからのいてと言いながら（台湾語）突っ込んでくる。食べた皿を片付けていきたいのはわかるけど通るたびに机をマジマジみられるのも気になった。海外だから日本のようにはいかないと思うけど。気になる方は気になると思う。美味しい朝ごはんを食べる場所は他にたくさんあるから、高いお金を出してまでまた食べるかと言われたら今後は利用を考える。1日おきの清掃でタオルの替えは部屋に届けてもらえるが、タオルの替えだけでパジャマの替えはなし。駅近、フロント不便なし、部屋、洗面所、お風呂も綺麗。レストランを利用しなければすごくいいホテルだ
