Firstly we were put in a ground floor room which smelt solely of dog. Seems the hotel is dog friendly and the 1st floor is where they accommodate the dog owners. It was an awful smell. But they corrected the situation after I complained and relocated us. Breakfast was bare. The ice machine was not working. The hot water was not working. So every time we needed a hot beverage we had to get someone to get the hot water from the steamer. It wasn't a nice experience.

The room was not in good condition. We were in room 127. There was dust everywhere. One of the wall sconces was missing a shade. There was a missing picture in the bathroom. The television screen had black lines running through them. There was mildew in the shower, underneath the handicap seat. The faucets and door handles all had rust. These issues did not affect the stay, as they were all cosmetics, with the exception of the mildew, however, it speaks to the lack of attention and drop in quality that I have come to expect at hyatt place. The staff were very friendly. I did not bring these observation to their attention, since I was only there for a few hours. We checked in pretty late and were checking out pretty early. After a long day of traveling it was not worth the fuss. This room appeared to be a room that isn't used often, which might explain the numerous oversights.

The hotel was fine..clean and quiet.. My issue is the staff did not return the deposit..i was told initially i will receive the deposit within 7-10 business days.. at that point i was instructed to contact cust serv. But the # rings once then disconnects.. i have yet to receive my deposit and will not return to this location

The room definitely needed some TLC. The table something chewed the heck out of the bottom of it. The couch had a huge bleach spot on it, and a huge bleach spot on it. The bathroom definitely had water damage issues that they patched and repainted. They said it was a king bed but it wasn’t it was a queen. Not worth the money to stay there when there are nicer hotels in the area.

Rough was neglected. Shower drain was slow so I showered in a puddle. Stains on the couch, bug on the floor, furniture looked like a dog ate it and spare pillow had a yellow stain on it. I was disappointed, rooms need some work. Staff was excellent though
