From the outside you wouldn’t think it was much but inside was roomy with a full kitchen, regular sized fridge and stove with oven. Price was great as well. Nicely remodeled. Very pleased.

I prefer staying at Sage and Sand when visiting Moses Lake. It is always clean, the location is convenient, and it is quiet. Some of the staff does not speak clear English so I have had a little confusion when checking in but got it figured out. The rooms are simple and comfortable.

I am always thankful for the friendliness and service provided by the owner and staff at this motel. However during this last stay they really went above and beyond. I locked my keys in my car when I was ready to check out. The owner was so kind about it and made sure I was comfortable and had a place to wait until a locksmith could come. When the locksmith came they checked on me to see how things were going too. I really appreciated how helpful they were.

What a great value. I was skeptical booking a room at a motel. We will absolutely be staying here again. We come here to ride the Moses Lake ORV area and this place is conveniently located with plenty of dining options near bye. The owner is very friendly as well.

Definitely recommend this clean and cozy spot!

Really great motel! Very clean, comfortable, and the owner was super nice... we ran into him while we were loading up the car to leave and he took a few minutes to chat with us and make sure we had enjoyed our stay. Charming and lovely place for an insanely great price!
