Location was very good. Breakfast was very good. Staff generally good, but check in staff was disinterested and not really listening. Gym should have water available. Our family suite was spacious with a lovely view from the balcony. However, 2 of the cups in room not washed on check-in! Can be noisy with 6am prayers (broadcasted with speakers by mosque near hotel). Earplugs were not effective in blocking the sound.

Good location, spacious room, comfortable bed Hotel seems it's more suited for large events like weddings and doesn't have any of the cozy inviting charm of smaller hotels. Staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. On site dining is limited given the price per night and size of the hotel. Restaurant also looks like it's good for catering large events.

Room was well appointed and the breakfast was good with many choices on the buffet. The hotel is within walking distance of shops. The property is let down by not having a bar and not serving alcohol.

I stayed there for three nights. On the first day, there was no shampoo and bathing gel in the bathroom; I called the housekeeper. On the second day, when I returned from my tour in the afternoon, I saw my bed was packed neatly but all my towels and floor cloth was gathered in a pile at the entrance of the bathroom. I called the housekeeper as I need to bathe…. I don’t understand why but the staff are helpful to replace the items quite promptly.

The room is very spacious and clean with separate toilet and shower area. The carpark is free with wide entrance and parking lots are plentiful. The balcony view is picturesque. However there is room for improvement on breakfast selection. Also the quality and taste can be better. Credit is due for polite and helpful staff. Location is good right in the centre of Tanah Ratah. The hotel is recommended for those staying in Cameron Highlands.

Overall, my experience with the service was somewhat disappointing and I hope the hotel can improve in these areas. The housekeeping could have been more thorough. On some occasions the room was not cleaned properly, the towels were not changed and the amenities were not replenished I also experienced some delays with service. When I requested a towel and locker key to use the sauna, it took approximately 30 minutes and 4 follow up calls before the towel was provided. Additionally the hotel had run out of pool towels, so a staff member had to get one from another cleaned room I understand that hotels can sometimes experience busy periods or staffing challenges but I hope these issues can be addressed to provide a better experience for future guests.
