Everyone who works there is great. Top quality customer service. I had issues with the temperature of the water in my shower and they fixed it quickly. My mates had a big dip in it so I could only sleep in one area. They need better quality mattresses and to replace ones that have big indentstions.

A really lovely hotel close to Gare de L'est. The room was clean and comfortable, likewise the bathroom. Once again the hairdryer left much to be desired with a very short lead, a button that needed continual pressing to work and a location nowhere near a mirror - and who thinks putting a hairdryer over the tea/coffee tray is a good (or hygenic) idea! Having said that it was a minor quibble and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
