Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel dont nous sommes ravis, installations, buffet, personnel, propreté.... Seul gros bémol, nous sommes bien enregistrés sur hôtel.com deux adultes et deux enfants et on s'est vus facturer 200usd à notre arrivée car nos enfants n'étaient comptés que comme bébé selon eux par hôtel.com, énorme déconvenue....

We found our beds were very firm...this is usual for resorts though. Everything was very clean. We have bad backs, so that was the biggest issue for us, not the fault of the resort at all, just if you are looking for a plush bed, this isn't it;) The resort and facility are a smaller size, which we preferred. There was a SNAFU with our reservation so day 1 we had to go to the sister (higher end) resort Reef 28 for the night. Upgraded to the presidential suite. All very nice, but we didn't really enjoy as your first night after a long day of travel from Canada, you just want to relax and get settled. We were able to go to Reef Coco the next day and they upgraded our stay to the premium package for the rest of your vacation, so that was appreciated. Great service, really good food. Nice resort. Would recommend to anyone looking for a smaller venue close to 5th avenue and shopping.

This was our third time to coco. We love the smaller venue. Love the people around the pool, bar, and food venues. Fantastic people. We did have some insect issues and there was a smell in the room. But the staff was great and they mitigated the issues. Management could have been a bit more empathetic.

Resort was very small. Great for a couple but if you don’t upgrade your all inclusive, the staff treats you different. No service poolside or beach. No service at pool bar. No eating on beach or poolside. No smoking on beach. There are many restrictions at this resort. Beautiful location though.

My overall experience with the resort was not the best. We ended up canceling our stay after three days because it was not very pleasant. 1. Upon arrival, the service seems very professional and friendly, but then you realize their main goal is to sell you a membership program with the hotel. The resort is full of salespeople who invite you to have breakfast and promise you gifts just to get you to listen to them. 2. The rooms have an unpleasant smell, and they don’t provide water. You have to go and request cold water yourself because room service doesn’t include it. 3. The beach is small and not safe. They promote it as private beach, but it’s not. One afternoon, I was sitting with my partner, and someone from outside, who seemed to be drunk, came over to insult us. It was a very uncomfortable situation. 4. Regarding the food, they don’t serve espresso coffee outside of buffet hours, and at the bar, you have to pay for it, even though it’s supposed to be an all-inclusive package. They didn’t have olive oil at the hotel, and the food, in general, wasn’t great. 5. They sell you a romantic dinner with supposedly premium meat at an exaggerated price, but the meat was low quality. Also, the hotel is quite boring, and the entertainment team is not great either.

A beautiful clean all inclusive. Staff friendly and always helpful. So lovely to be on the beach. Food was plentiful. Enjoyed dinner in the Italian restaurant. Would definately return. Only wish is that they raked seaweed like some other resorts!

J’ai passé Noël avec mes 2 enfants de 10 et 13 ans à cet endroit et on a tous adoré notre séjour ! Dès l’arrivée, on est très bien accueilli par le staff, Victor est incroyable et parle très bien français, c’est très beau côté piscine, l’accès à la plage est très apprécié, la vue du restaurant est juste sublime, la nourriture est incroyable ! Il y avait des activités pour tous les goûts, des spectacles tous les soirs Franchement, j’aurais pu mettre 5 étoiles mais il y a deux points qui m’ont agacée : - dès notre arrivée, on s’est fait prendre par une vendeuse pour nous inciter à déjeuner avec un autre vendeur de programme de voyage - 90 min de notre temps contre une activité gratuite J’arrive d’un voyage fatigant, la fille te parle, te pose des questions sans cesse,j’avais pas besoin de cela ! Malgré tout, on se donne rdv le lendemain, elle n’est pas la; on me refile un autre rdv le lendemain: ça a duré 3 heures !!! Impossible de se départir du rdv sans qu’on me revienne avec un autre rabais malgré mon NON du début à la fin - j’aurais pu me lever et partir, mais j’ai pas voulu être impolie - donc, ça, c’était un gros point noir à mon séjour - dans notre chambre, il y avait une odeur désagréable d’humidité … et de problème d’humidité - le linge ne séchait pas (maillots de bains, serviettes…) Mais dans l’ensemble, je recommande les yeux fermés cet endroit
