We were placed in multiple rooms, all of which were dirty and unsafe — visible mold, blood/body fluid stains on bedding, strong foul odors, broken fixtures, and unsecured doors. The conditions made it difficult to breathe. This is not a 4-star property. The sanitation, safety, and customer service were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

We had bugs, mold, no hot water, and broken furniture, chipped floor tiles and a swimsuit panty liner stuck to our front door for the whole stay!! The safe didn’t work, the sliding door didn’t lock, the TV wouldn’t turn off. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.
