I am concerned that the linen was not changed after my room was serviced, as I discovered residue from my hair product still present on the pillowcase.
The stay was also negatively impacted by the food service and room noise. The breakfast options were quite limited, and the espresso machine was non-functional for my entire six-night stay.
Furthermore, the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. While residing on the first floor, I could clearly hear the doorbell from the main entrance (ground level) and the persistent noise of doors slamming from the cleaning crew. This level of external commotion was disruptive and significantly impacted my sleep.
