It was honestly a great place to stay. The location is very central, close to the ocean, and the staff were extremely friendly throughout my visit. The food served was also excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The overall atmosphere was fantastic. I would especially like to thank Ryan, Gavin, and the valet, who was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions.

The property is understaffed and not secure. No one greets you in front of the hotel and rarely inside of it. On the second day of my 4-day stay, my humble request for fresh towels was never fulfilled. The few people working in the hotel are sincere and thoughtful but overextended and overwhelmed. This was my second stay. I will go back to the Chateau or Sunset Tower where the service is reliable.
