We loved our upgraded Burj view room, especially the thoughtful gestures from housekeeping who organised our charging cables with leather ties and left bookmarks in our reading books. The service throughout the property is top-tier. Abbas at the Cala Vista pool was a standout, providing amazing, attentive care throughout our days there. Combined with memorable meals at Shimmers and Pai Thai, it was the perfect relaxing escape. While the breakfast buffet spread could use a bit of an upgrade in quality to match the rest of the resort's premium feel, the staff there were still lovely and efficient. Highly recommend!
