Wedding Stay.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious. We received great service from the cleaning staff. Always friendly. Restocked our coffee and toilet supplies as needed. The beds are so very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent as always.

Such a beautiful little gem. Great for everyone, seniors , families, couples, and friends travelling together. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is great. Food from room service was fantastic. Would definitely visit again if I had the opportunity! Thanks for a great stay :)

I have been going to Manitou Resort for years rooms are becoming dated, use to be free breakfast no longer very busy place customers come from neighbouring provinces to take in the Spa I usually come a couple times a year & enjoy it.

We had drinks & a light snack on the the patio after a swim and that was lovely. The portions were generous and service was friendly. We had a massive breakfast in the morning (veggie skillet) and watched the sun rise over the lake. It was delightful. The beds are fantastic.

Rooms are tired and in drastic need of upgrading... Although upgrades were available on checkin, I was unable to because I booked through Expedia. Restaurant was excellent.. Lots of options.. Food excellent.. Proximity to lake was awesome

Tried to check in well after check in and rooms were not busy, staff were rude about it and said we are busy and you can wait or go home. Pool area is decrepit, the floor around the pool is broken and falling apart, sticks to your feet and you can see it floating in the water because of it in peoples feet. Lifeguard hid in the back and never looked at the water. Ripped towels and linens. This place used to be a nice spa to relax and now it it a dump that’s not maintained. All new staff who are on their phones with earphones in or in the back rooms. Takes forever to get service. The place has become a complete dump. Needs updating and Reno’s to be OHS complaint.
