I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the start, the issues I encountered were handled poorly, and the situation only became more frustrating. Paid for a room with a bathtub which they didn’t honor. Opposite room with babies screaming and throwing objects from 5am. They couldn’t relocate me to another room. I literally paid to endure sleep deprivation. In my personal experience, the hotel director, did not manage the problem in a way that felt helpful or reassuring. Instead of working toward a real solution, I was offered a refund for two nights and encouraged to move to another hotel, which left me feeling like the goal was simply to remove the issue rather than address it.
Being forced to relocate in the middle of my stay was stressful and completely unacceptable. This experience left a very negative impression, and based on what I went through, I will not be returning to this hotel.
Never again.
