The staff are very friendly, have good smiles and politeness, and speak good English. The hotel is very clean and feels newly renovated. My family and I like it very much. The location of the hotel is not very easy to find. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Hakata Station. The location is relatively quiet, which is suitable for guests who can't sleep due to a little noise. My family and I will go to this hotel next time.

We were a group of friends who got a room with 3 beds. Decent size with A/C and on the top floor. Coin laundry on our floor was available. It appeared very clean, but it seems as you move around in the space you find things like food down the side of the bed that looks like it's been there a while Walking distance from the metro station.

Easy access from bullet train (15 min walk) and 5 min walk to train station and 2 different shrines/temples. Cons: the room was really hot. When I asked about AC the staff said it’s controlled per floor and not by individual room. They provided a fan but it was still an uncomfortable temperature to sleep with 4 people in the room
