Nice place, clean room and excellent location. Apartment was nice, however, we were on the top floor with a terrace which was described as a 'private terrace', but the room next door had access across our terrace. If the door to the two top rooms (15 & 16) was left open, we found people who had booked rooms without a terrace using our terrace. This happened on three separate occasions and got quite frustrating. You are dependant on your neighbour remembering to close the door, but this could be resolved easily with a sign on the door to the two apartments saying 'private terrace'.

Great experience here at Sunset Residence Rovinj. Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was very clean with a large balcony and impressive bathrooms. Would recommend staying here while visiting Rovinj.

Location is close to the Center of Rovinj but also very quiet. You walk about 150 m to be at the harbour line. Very modern building, parking close to the house. Our room was very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay at this location and surely can recommend it.

It's a nice place in a good location. I was only disappointed with the check-in, which was at a different location a 10-minute walk away. The staff person texted he could meet me at the place, and later offered to pick me up at the bus station but the latter offer came to late and the first offer was not made clear in the text. A simpler way, rather than have a separate check-in location, would be to have lock boxes at the residence so that guests could self-check-in.

Room was clean when we arrived and check in was easy. We spend 5 nights and once got our towels changed. Service was ok for a residence. If you are expecting a hotel this is not a thing. Location was good and area was silent.

Mycket bra service! De var väldigt vänliga och man kunde få låna deras egna parkering mot en avgift och dessutom fick man skjuts till och från hotellet. Väldigt smidig incheckning men lite för hård säng. Saknades madrass.

The room is tiny, barely enough to laid down our two suitcases. No table and no bottle water. Check-in and parking are away from the property. Extra Euro 15 for overnight parking, a bit expensive.Good thing is the location which is only 5-10 minutes away from the harbour and old town.

Schöne, sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft. Wenige Minuten zur Altstadt und Marina zu Fuß, tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände. Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Deluxe-DZ ist etwas klein für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Leider kein Frühstücksangebot, obwohl Frühstücksraum vorhanden. 2 Nahversorger in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier.
