This was such a lovely hotel. 10 minute walk from the water and lots of great restaurants. I really appreciated that the front desk let us check in early (our room was ready) several hours before 2pm, which was fantastic since we were coming from a 13 hour flight. The ability to shower and nap really made our day! And allowed us to have an excellent evening after a long travel day.

We stay at this hotel Everytime we visit Auckland. Excellent location, affordable, clean, and the staff are always friendly. We will definitely continue to stay here! Only downside is no onsite parking, however there are many convenient parking buildings nearby that you can pre book for a fairly affordable rate.

My studio room was large, clean and modernized. Especially nice was the work space. However, it's not a hotel. Zero amenities...no coffee shop or restaurant, no business center. Room said coffee maker...it was a kettle. Housekeeping was the most disappointing. Sheets never changed in the six day stay. Towels are thin and small. None of the dirty glasses and cups were taken away and replaced with clean ones. Location to CBD and Harbour can't be beat.

We were able to check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was spotless, and the sheets and comforter felt crisp and fresh. The only downside for me was that the bed was a bit too soft. Our room had a water view and was very quiet. The location is excellent—I especially liked that it’s slightly removed from the busy central streets, yet still within easy walking distance to everything. The hotel isn’t overly fancy or decorated with luxurious touches, but it’s modern, sleek, and very clean, with all the essentials. The toiletries were high quality, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion, and the towels were excellent. Having coffee and tea in the room, along with a small sink, utensils, and optional plates, made it especially convenient for a longer stay. The cleaning staff were energetic and professional. The front desk was very helpful, including printing our luggage tags for the cruise and answering any questions we had. It’s also worth noting that there’s a laundromat just four doors away, which is very convenient. We stayed here for five nights before our cruise and had a wonderful time exploring both nearby and farther areas.
