Ocean View room, level 4 was perfectly in the middle of the 7th floor walkway to the marina view/breakfast buffet & the pools/ocean. Staff were all super friendly. Activities by the pool were fun & engaging— I took the painting class & guacamole class. Overall, I look forward to returning to this resort soon!

Bad service, very unfriendly staff, old rooms and furniture, construction site on beach front and inside the hotel. Standard answer pf the staff if you have a request was “sorry, not possible”. Never again.

Amazing Cabo Resort

A friend recommended Sandos Finisterra to me for my first trip to Cabo (solo traveler) and I am so grateful she did! Everything was perfection from the beginning. They helped me arrange airport transportation through the resort and the drivers were wonderful. There are many pools, dining options, and bars at the resort. The small lobby bar was one of my favorite places to easily grab a beverage (bartender Barayam was great!) and I also enjoyed the Whale Watcher bar. The coffee shop (Cupcake) had nice, quick drink options, delicious desserts, and very kind employees (especially Abel). The beach is INCREDIBLE here and the resort is within walking distance to the marina and touristy areas. I felt very safe and welcome at the resort. It is clean, relaxing, and fun! I had a massage and pedicure at the spa, which were both affordable and enjoyable. The check-in and out process was smooth and housekeeping did an excellent job. Do not hesitate to book a stay at Sandos Finisterra! You won’t regret it. I look forward to returning as soon as I can!

We stayed here 12 years ago. It was great. We brought our family for five days. The staff are excellent Alicia and Don Domingo. Our waitress was awesome. The food is great. Aguave is probably my favorite restaurant. Those shrimp and fish tacos are the best all of the staff were great, friendly, friendly people our room was beautiful nice and clean very large refrigerator with stock. We will recommend and stay here again in the future.

All inclusives are not for me

The property is gorgeous, our room faced the marina which was awesome! The food options were mediocre but the service in all of the restaurants was pretty great. The pools were kind of gross - oily and had a lot of debris, including the VIP pool. If you want to leave the resort in an uber it is really hard - a really crazy hill/lots of walking. The stars of the show were the cat, Shadow, who lives by the pool and the events! I took at Calzone class that was fun!

Great views !

The hotel is one of the older ones in Cabo but its in great shape. The location on the hill has amazing views of the ocean and City. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were in great shape and very clean. It was an all inclusive and the food was very good. I reccomend this hotel.

Family Wedding

Was at Sandos Finisterra for a family that was handled beautifully by the entire team. Food at all Restaurants was great. Furniture Casita in rooms could use an update. No dining table and chairs to eat at and no full-length mirrors. Bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful resort, understaffed, mediocre food

The resort and location are beautiful. The ataff arw all very friendly and gelpful. The entertainment crew work their butts off. But, we went at the end of June. The resort didnt seem very busy but it seemed understaffed. Inreally wanted to sit by the pool and have food and drink brought to me. We saw a server once an hour, at the most and they were hustling. We had long qaits in restaurants. There were a few food items that we decent. But so much was poor quality. None of felt like we ate a single thing that was good. It was all average at best. Also, i reserved two rooms with a total of 5 beds. We were given one beautiful suite that was at the top of the hotel with beautiful views. But only 3 beds.
