Management is poor, There was also fresh menstrual blood on the mattress. And lots of cockroaches. I Have taken pictures and archived them. All in all, dirty and dishonest.

Hotel para ser custo benefício. Vale a pena por um preço mais baixo que outros melhores na região. A localização é ótima: perto do centro, de frente pra praia, perto do ponto de ônibus. A comida é boa, mas repetitiva. O drink é muito doce, de baixa qualidade: usam poupa de fruta, muito açucarada, em vez da própria fruta. A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas do lado está em obra, então está barulhento. Wi-Fi não funciona nos quartos, só em alguns lugares. No geral, dependendo do preço pago, é bom custo beneficio

I’ve stayed at Flamingo many times and it gets better every year. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. There was a bottle of sparkling wine on ice upon my arrival and this was a first for me. The hotel is situated nicely and the the ocean views with balcony gives really nice views of beach, pool and the sounds of ocean and palm trees blowing. It’s not as lavish as some but for the price it’s unbeatable. There are 3 bars. One in the lobby and the others a pool bar and by the pooll. Across the street is a farmacia/ convenience store and also souvenir store. I could say more but you’ll have to see for yourself.

We will absolutely come back. The staff was great, their service was fantastic. The whole resort was clean, all of the staff was constantly cleaning and making it look nice. The food was good. The only thing I was disappointed about was not getting to try Alberto’s. For that you had to make a reservation between the hours of 3-5 the day prior. We were always out and about and never got the chance to do so. But other than that no complaints. A super nice resort.

Everything about the experience was great until my kid wet the bed and after alerting the property they stripped our sheets and would not return to make our bed in our prepaid room until I paid a fine for “damages.” They had a waterproof protective sheet on the bed, nothing was damaged just wet, a simple matter of throwing it in the washing machine. Super rude.

I would recommend to eat as often as possible at the Albatross (beach restaurant) because the food in the main cafeteria is not very appealing. Other than that, the Flamingo is super! Super nice and helpful staff, very clean, great service and very friendly to solo travelers

I'll give this property a zero if I could. Worst experience ever. The property doesn't have a designated place for smokers, so they have to smoke literally on the street and it makes the entrance and exit overcrowded. I understand the state of Quintana Roo has an environment

This was my first stay at a resort in Mexico, however I would not recommend this hotel. It's old, not well maintained, and the rooms are outdated and in need of serious TLC. The shower drain was clogged and turned into a bath every time I showered, as well as the sink drain not working properly. The water itself was yellow and absolutely disgusting when brushing teeth. They only give you 2 bottles of water, and when I asked for more they would only allow 2 bottles (600ml each) per day. I managed to find a water refill station by the ice maker, which the water tasted like seawater. Best option was to save my empty bottles and refill them at the gym cooler which had purified water. The wifi only works in the freezing cold lobby, when you manage to connect to it. The facilities aren't bad, there is a lunch room and 2 restaurants, but the food is subpar and doesn't taste very good. I felt sick and nauseous most of my time here, still managing to enjoy some of my time. On my first night here, an employee named Gonzalo came up to me, and we were having pleasant conversation until he started to ask if I'm interested in him, and if I want a relationship with him and to bring him to Canada with me. When I said no, he started asking where my husband/boyfriend was. He was pushy and I had to tell him I was uncomfortable, to which he finally got the hint. I wasn't expecting to be approached like this on my vacation, especially being alone in a new country.

Instalaciones de hotel muy bonitas, las playas y alrededores muy bonitas solo, el personal del hotel es prepotente y bien creidos, y las reglas del hotel son ridículas, no les importa la estadía del huésped, un empleado me dijo "yo se lo que hago con los clientes acorde a mis procesos" por ejemplo -para hacer check in nos tomo una hora -cada que querías comer debías registrarte y esperar 1 hora y te brincaban aun que hayas llegado antes -no permitir servir en termos es absurdo al contrario es menos trabajo para el empleado -no te permiten juntar mesas si quieres estar con tu familia tenían que estar separadas. -no te dejaban pasar al restaurante si no estabas registrado -la comida siempre era lo mismo y mala siempre eran papas o pollo, no hay variedad Me lleve una muy mala experiencia definitivamente no vuelvo a este hotel con sus empleados despotas.
