All staff are very helpful and nice. The rooftop restaurant is splendid and food is so tasty, especially the tiramisu. But the room is a bit too small that you cannot open 2 big suitcases at the same time.

Fantastic stay

I have been to many places, many hotels including different 5 star hotels. I have to say this is the one with the best staff because they will try everything to accommodate your requests. For example, I need some card boards for my two paintings, they help me with that. We arrived at 10am by train, they offer us early check-in and breakfast which saved our first day here. There was a hand written welcome letter on the bed upon our arrival which is neat. Breakfast is great with friendly staff, especially Cigdem, she is smiley and helpful. The restaurant where they offer breakfast has an epic 360 view. I love the housekeeping, they keep things nice and clean everyday. I saw them cleaning the light so they are really doing their job. In the room, they have a variety of tea too. Location is so convenient, you can easily walk to the Blue Mosque, Palace and Sofya Museum. If you want to go to the New City side, the tram is only 30 seconds away. Bellboy Furkan helped us to get istanbulkart and told us what to do. The hotel is exactly what it is on the website. Ibrahim and Onur at the front desk are the best, they help me to make my trip here so memorable. Onur made sure we got our turkish bath before heading back home, we are so grateful.

Bedbugs

I believe that a idylle hotel should provides a comfortable and clean environment. However, finding bedbugs in the room was truly unpleasant. This is not just a minor issue but a serious violation of hygiene and comfort standards. Hotels are responsible for ensuring their guests well being and maintaining cleanliness in their rooms. The fact this happened indicates a lack of proper cleaning and hygene measures. It is truly disappointing.

Odalar güzeldi, çalışanlarda iyiydi sadece kahvaltıyı beğenmedik. Ürünler çok tatsızdı. Kahvaltıya erken inmemize rağmen bazı ürünler soğuktu. Genel olarak beğendik.

Die Bilder von der Website stimmen überhaupt nicht ein mit dem was wirklich dort angeboten wird. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein und schmutzig, sie sind auch NICHT schallisoliert wie das Hotel behauptet, man hört jede Straßenbahn, die alle 5 min vorbeifahren. Außerdem wird mit Klimaanlage geworben, jedoch wird diese vom Hotelpersonal ausgeschaltet. Es war trotz Wintermonaten extrem warm im Zimmer. Das Fenster im Zimmer war kaputt, sodass wir dieses nicht öffnen durften. Das Personal und der Hotelmanager sind absolut nicht zuvorkommend, sie wussten über jedes Problem bescheid und es wurd sich geweigert unser Geld zurück zu geben. Ich würde davon abraten dieses Hotel zu buchen!

Leider kann ich die positiven Bewertungen gar nicht verstehen. Die Zimmer sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand- fast alles ist kaputt. Eine Reinigungkraft existiert so gut wie gar nicht. Das einzig positive ist wirklich nur das Frühstück. Sehr schade aber ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen!

Das hotel ist nicht wie auf den Bildern, kleine Zimmer und die Dusche in unserem Bad hing nicht ganz richtig an der Wand, mangelhaft an Sauberkeit. Würde jedem was anderes empfehlen für die Lage, frühstück war nichts besonderes.
