Room changed 3 times. First room: urine smell. Second room: roach, stains, filthy floor. 3rd room: burner not working, floor dirty. Utensils and cookware old and worn. The smell of the hotel was musty, and the floors were dirty from stairs, elevator and hallways. Staff was ready to accommodate the best they could.

Nice and quiet hotel and quite the pet owners choice. Decent rooms with kitchenettes. Tthe only problem is the amount of roaches in the rooms . Our first room felt like invasion of an army. Second room had only few .. A simple door sealer strip / draft strip would probably take care of the free movement in the building problem.

The staff person at check in was excellent. The rooms however are very outdated and the kitchens are completely empty w zero supplies in them. Not a single dish. Theres a sign indicating you can “Customize” you kitchen, I gather by going to the front desk to request every single utensil you might want. And then carry it all up to your room? I gather they were out of coffee makers. It’s not a great set up. The staff are very nice and competent but they aren’t given much to work with!

Worst hotel

The hotel is in a decent area but the rooms have a horrible smell. There are roaches in the rooms & when you report there is no accommodation.

Facility is definitely showing its age. Bare bones. No rug in bedroom area, no coffee maker in the room. Close to ABE so it served it’s purpose.

Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and well organized, I usually prefer a larger room for me and my wife, but we were cozy together, really liked that there was a mini kitchen in our room, and was a reason that I chose to book a room, in addition to the very reasonable price, overall, a very good stay. **Decent Budget Stay with Pet Perks, But Needs More Attention to Cleanliness** The Extended Stay America in Bethlehem served its purpose as a budget-petfedly option. Its location was a definite plus, offering easy access to the vibrant SteelStacks area and the charming downtown. The designated pet relief areas both in the front and back of the property, along with ample parking, made traveling with our furry friend much more convenient. We also appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the availability of morning coffee. The spacious rooms and the inclusion of a full-size refrigerator and kitchen were significant advantages. However, our room fell short in terms of cleanliness. Upon arrival, we noticed a lack of attention to detail. We even found a sock under the bed and crumbs scattered around the kitchen floor. This prompted us to thoroughly clean the vinyl flooring ourselves, which was particularly important given our dog. In fact, we've decided that cleaning will be our routine on all future trips to ensure a clean environment for our pet. We did inform the staff about the cleanliness issues, and they were willing to offer us another room, which we appreciated.

Drawers for clothing in room were shabby only had 1 little garbage can in room filled fast with cooking and general disposables everything else was easy peasy would definitely book again
