Property not taken care of, parking spots not plowed, refrigerator and stove rusty, bedskirt dirty. Only 2 old pillows and 1 towel provided .1st time we’ve been dissatisfied with hotel from website. Guests a few doors away arguing and yelling all night.

They first gave us a room when we went to ope. The door somone was already in it.the bed was the smallest queen size bed i had ever seen and it felt like i was sleeping on wood. I asked if they had an extra pillow because the ones on the bed were foe the size of a chils and had no support. They said they didnt have any more. The room was old and out dates.

The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Unswept and stuff smeared on the floor in bathroom and bedroom. Bed looked like sheets hadn't been changed since the last person slept there. Not what you should expect even with a budget hotel.

Parking was good. Did not use kitchen. 1st room they assigned me to was not clean, not made up, food items and papers everywhere. Not a good feeling of the property being my first time using this hotel.

Front desk clerk was very uninterested. Housekeeping knocked several times, even though I answered, and then attempted to enter the room while I was asleep (I work night shift in a hospital close by). The elevator shakes as it moves up and down. The heat was turned off in the room upon check-in and took hours to warm up. Something out of their control - patrons treat the facility as a low class apartment building. All the common areas smelled like marijuana.

Since this was only a one-night stay and we were tired and it was late we decided to stay but this hotel failed completely. The room was unclean and outdated, and the staff was unhelpful and rude. A deeply disappointing experience. Would not stay again.

You can get Hugh upon arrival walking into this hotel. Once given a room you walk down creepy hallways that are outdated. The rooms themselves even more outdated. Feces were smudged on the door and when we look the blanket off of the bed the sheets were covered in hair and stains of who knows that origin. When we went down to check out staff did not even offer us another room after viewing the photos we took. Absolutely disgusting

The room was clean. It was a hotel that was worn- needing a little updating. There was no hangers for our clothes and the tv remote was missing. Called the desk and someone promptly delivered one. The desk receptionist was not helpful. A lite breakfast was available until 9am but when we left at 845 there was no coffee. She said someone had drank the last of it and there was no more. The hotel was quiet and we slept well.

Clean enough but old underneath the renovations. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast wasn’t really breakfast, just coffee and muffins in plastic. Location is great for lots of places to eat nearby.

Room changed 3 times. First room: urine smell. Second room: roach, stains, filthy floor. 3rd room: burner not working, floor dirty. Utensils and cookware old and worn. The smell of the hotel was musty, and the floors were dirty from stairs, elevator and hallways. Staff was ready to accommodate the best they could.
