The air wasn't working and it was 81 degrees in the room. Hard to get comfortable. The pool was out it would have been nice to know before we stayed as that was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. Staff was all very nice and knowledgeable. Room was decent. Breakfast was OK, but the second morning it was unattended. There was no juice at all, only water, and there was no syrup for the pancakes. They looked good but I had to toss them without syrup. The first night I stayed, the heat did not work at all and it was pretty cold all night. The next morning, the front desk attendant adjusted it and then it worked OK. Overall, not too happy. Will re-think staying at a Wingate Hotel.
