The hotel is clean with great service. Amenities were excellent with an onsite Onsen! The stager was beyond friendly and was amazingly helpful with all the bumps we had in our itinerary. They got us cabs when we couldn’t get an Uber anfter 40 mins and called the venue to let them know we were running late! They helped us ship our luggage to Tokyo for the next part of our stay when we couldn’t figure the app out. Everything they did they did with care!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!
