Really bad experience.
The location was good.
I ordered some flowers and wine at arrival, which was confirmed.
Nothing was in the room at arrival. They tried to put the blame on my that I didn’t pay it in advance, but when I sent them the screenshot of the confirmation they sent, there was just utter silence.
We also asked for a remote to the AC several times, but no one brought us anything.
Very bad cleaning of the room.
