It was a nightmare the minute we tried to check in. They didn’t have our reservation and couldn’t find it anywhere. I gave them our confirmation number and they still couldn’t find it. The girl helping us turned us over to a manager, Diane Soto, who didn’t talk to us about what was happening. We were just standing there in the dark. It was 3:40 and we were supposed to be somewhere at 4 and I told her that and she replied, “ Well, check in isn’t until 4 anyways, so you can come back”. I was appalled. Then, when we got home, we noticed that she charged our card even though we had already paid through the website and we told her we had! It took 3 phone calls and over a week to get the money reimbursed. We definitely will spend our money elsewhere.
