Rooms were clean and comfortable but there was only 1 paper coffee cup with the coffee machine and no plastic cups to use in the bathroom. Staff person at the desk for check in was nice, no staff at the desk when we were checking out. Couldn't use pool or hot tub (no water) due to remodeling. Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special. But the price was great and the hotel met our needs.

Amenities listing on 3rd party site was misleading. Staff was nice but pool and gym area closed for "renovations". Also there was no restaurant on premise like hotels.com said. Overall money was ok for what you got, but if I knew amenities were all shut down Id of stayed somewhere else.

They’re clearly trying to fix it up but this place needs a full redo. The in room AC smelled moldy - like rotting muenster cheese. Everything is just kinda crappy and in need of some TLC. For instance, the fire sprinkler housing was loose/hanging down onto the sprinkler head in my room. The sewar lines need replacing or significant maintenance as the toilet clogs too easily. I could go on…. This place is fine if you’re a dude traveling on your own and you’re looking to save a buck. I would never bring my wife or kids here. The breakfast was ok.

We weren't provided much information about the property at check-in. We pretty much got our room keys and went upstairs to sleep. I don't know whether there is a hot tub or pool available for guests to use. Same with a gym. Breakfast, however, made the stay well worth it. Waffles, yogurt, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, orange juice, whatever you want, they probably have it.

I was traveling for a wedding. Wanted to be close enough to the airport. It was convenient for my needs. Was very surprised as the outside looked a little plain. Very bice, clean and staff were excellent. Room spacious and quiet. Nice breakfast. Only thing is hot water was not hot enough for me. Lol. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great value.

Checked in and it was horrible. Got to the room beds were small, turned on the heater it made the room smell like a smoker was smoking in the room. Room was dirty and bed was not even finished. Lobby was dirty cereal crumbs on the floor and candy stuck to the carpet. Told the front desk all this when I decided to leave and she said ok I will let them know.

I'll start by saying the reviews for this hotel are misleading, as they primarily include reviews from when the property was a Hampton Inn. Much of my stay was impacted by the fact that the hotel is transitioning to a Hyatt property and is temporarily named "Hotel SLC". My stay started out poorly from the start, where I was denied the amenity of storing my luggage while waiting for my room to be ready. The hotel staff was rude and made no apology or attempt at accommodating for the inconvenience. While normally I might let this slide, this was a stay on the backend of a ski trip so I was saddled with a boot bag and pair of skis. Additionally, "Luggage storage" is listed as an amenity for this hotel, so this was unacceptable. The room was fine, although it smelled musty. This met my expectations for a 2-star hotel. Both the gym and pool were closed - neither of which was mentioned in the listing. The hotel breakfast paled in comparison to the photos depicted (specifically mislead by the lack of any fruit). Coffee was watered down, although offered all day. Housekeeping came once during our 3 night stay, though mentioned as a daily amenity. Overall, I made do as this was a temporary stay due to a travel delay. But I feel the listing was incredibly misleading and falsely represented the property as it currently exists today. I would not recommend this as a place to stay and will be weary of reviews on Hotels.com in the future.
