Hotel excelente, bem localizado próximo a bares e restaurantes, além da estação central . O quarto é bem confortável, limpo, silencioso e acomoda bem 2 adultos. Café da manhã bem farto. E o diferencial foi o recepcionista Eduardo que fala português e nos deu várias dicas sobre a cidade e foi de uma cordialidade e atenção espetacular, adoramos o hotel e recomendamos.

For en gangs skyld et ophold på det jævne. Kø ved både ind- og udcheckning…og igen en “morgenmadsoplevelse”, der er virkelig dårlig. Personalet i Lloyds virker totalt ligeglade med hotelgæsterne. Til trods for at jeg var eneste gæst, tog det de 4 ansatte 10 minutter at henvende sig for at spørge, hvad jeg ønskede til morgenmad. Det er umiddelbart en fin menu, men for mig, der egentlig bare ønsker æg og bacon og noget yoghurt til, er det en træls oplevelse. Til trods for det skønne værelse og den perfekte beliggenhed tror jeg, at jeg fravælger Aris næste gang. Morgenmaden er bare vigtig for en god start på dagen…og der er det bare så meget bedre på søsterhotellet Alma.

Good stay, but the bathroom had a peculiar smell that I later realized was due to the drain not being properly cleaned. Add to that a bit noisy from the outside, but that was to be expected I guess. All in all very decent.

Nice hotel which is in a good location close to Grand Place. However that brings other issues. It is very noisy at night and there was no warning of building work next door which meant we had to change rooms. The staff were great and the attached cafe is lovely. But the rooms are very small and basic. When you consider the cost which very high, for us it was not good value for money overall.

Wonderful hotel, beautifully located very near Grand Place and many wonderful restaurants and shopping. Location outstanding. Room was wonderful (we got a 2 story suite). Very private, quiet and dark curtains. We slept better here than many places on our 3 wk trip. Our daughter had more privacy and space here than anywhere we stayed. Breakfast is served in the cafe which is located in the hotel lobby. It can be hectic. You are required to order off a limited menu with no exceptions along with coffee and pastries laid out. I much preferred the breakfast buffets that we have had, which almost all contained fruit and eggs. If you are trying to limit carbs for breakfast, this is a tough one unless you like savory. And the coffee shop is always very crowded, which adds an element when entering the building, as you walk thru the cafe to check in or get to the elevator. Not a problem really, just not relaxing atmosphere.

Perfect walkable location! Super comfortable bed and pillows. Nice hot shower. 4 minute walk to central train station. Nice menu at Lloyd’s, their restaurant.

Great location just 1min walk to the Grand Place. Staff very friendly. Lots of great chocolate shops around, including the Passion Chocolat just opposite the hotel. The hotel entrance is via a Lloyd coffee shop. Would recommend a fun visit to the Frites museum, very close by, which includes a portion of the traditional fries at the end.

We had an enjoyable stay. Great central location and friendly and efficient reception. Bed was very comfortable and modern bathroom with a powerful shower. Windows were not great at keeping out noise, but not a big issue. Breakfast was fine, but the way it was served wasn't great. There was a choice of two starters, followed by a 'main' (which was largely variations on scrambled eggs - which were tasty and a little bit different. The first morning, we were seated and then our order taken and our 'main' course served when we had finished our starter - as expected. However the next two mornings, we were asked to order before sitting down and then both starter and main were provided within seconds of each other, which meant eating the main before the starter if you didn't want cold eggs. The starters were clearly prepared in advance and stored in a very cold fridge, as these were each time served unpleasantly cold. The food was actually good, but the way it was served could have been much better. This is a small moan and we would still return and recommend the hotel.

Das Frühstück war unter aller Kritik, langes warten auf Teller, Glässer, Wasser, Besteck allso alle Auffühlungen. Selbst nach 20 Minuten passierte teilweise nichts da das Restaurang bevorzugt wurde. Eine Person von uns 8 bekam gar kein bestelltes Frühstück. Laktos/Glutenfrei fanden wir nicht zur Auswahl jedoch auf nachfrage habe ich 2 Scheiben Brot erhalten da nur Toastbrot zur verfügbar stand, die Croissant waren Schluss und nur zum kaufen im Restaurang erhaltbar. Die Toiletten könnten sauberer sein. Zimmer sind gut und soweit sauber außer der Staub an/in der Heizung im Badezimmer. Es war eine sehr schlechte Luft in den Gängen, fruchtig und extrem nach Malerfarbe riechend. Schuhanzieher gab es leider nicht auch an der Rezeption nicht. Die lauten Lieferungen jeden Morgen 6 Uhr haben nicht zum ausschlafen eingeladen und unser Problem konnte man leider nicht gelöst werden da das Hotel ausgebucht war. Es liegt fantastisch!
