Only minor details that stood out to me was a slow draining shower and the damp smell in the room since the AC was not on. Smell cleared up within 20 minutes of turning ac on. It was nice being able to have a place to stay since our other rental backed out at the last minute. Baymont had a room with a King size bed so we booked that and when we got to the room , the king size bed was 2 twin size mattresses pushed together. So there was a large crack in the middle separating me and my husband. LOL Besides that the room was clean along with the property.

The motel is an older building with outside entrances. The staff was excellent. Our first room had an odor, they moved us right away. The rooms are basic. There is a refrigerator. We didn’t use the breakfast. Parking was easy and the location was very convenient.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the room really impacted my experience. There was a strong cigarette smell, and the room felt very damp, especially the carpet. I even woke up to find that my clothes had become damp overnight. I appreciate how great the staff was, but the smell and excessive moisture in the room made it difficult to feel comfortable. I hope the hotel addresses these issues, as the excellent staff deserves to have the rooms match the quality of their service.

We’ve stayed here at least 10 years in a row. Although we are disappointed the cafe is no longer open all day, there are others things that have improved since Baymont by Wyndham has taken over. The rooms seem to be nicer as well as the overall property. The staff was over the top - so helpful whenever we needed anything. Extra towels were no problem and when the oatmeal I was cooking exploded in the cafe microwave, a staff member jumped in to clean up. I wanted to do it but she did it without asking. We look forward to next year and hope you will be there too!

So first impression wasn't that great, looks a bit run down from the outside. The guy checking us in was really nice. The first room they gave us had a refrigerator defrosting, so we had to go back for another room. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom area is a bit run down. Not exactly quality materials. A small ironing board and iron were provided, but no closet at all, so no hangers. I am the kind of person who hangs up our clothes. I did not go to breakfast, but my husband did and thought it was great.
