Excellent hotel in great location

I stayed in the Oceania with my husband. We had a deluxe double room which was very spacious and comfortable, with coffee machine, robes, slippers, plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space. Breakfast was varied and very nice indeed, something for everyone, you could have cereals, fruits, pastries, cooked breastfast, cold meats, cheeses and best of all, smoked salmon. The staff were were wonderful, and extremely helpful. We dealt with a lady called Manon or similar, she was so nice and helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect, and probably in the prettiest part of Nantes, right on Graslin. We ate in Chez Franklin as recommended by the hotel staff, and had snails for the first time, very nice restaurant & very popular. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Tiphaine, Simon and Antonin were all amazing! They each helped us with dining, transportation and Simon actually walked us to the Commerce to ensure we got on the right tram for the Olympic event we were going to. The bar staff was friendly and attentive I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location with many shops anddining options close by

We had a perfect stay! The reception was very friendly and our room was ready earlier than expected. The location is perfect and you can find many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We were happy about the quietness in the room and we could relax very well. Also because the bed was comfortable. The whole hotel makes a well-kept impression and all the staff were courteous towards us. The room we chose was not big, but well thought out. We would definitely come again!

There were no bar staff and the bar was manned by the receptionist who had to do 2 jobs. Often there was no one at reception. Also, we were not told we needed a code to get into the inner city.so we had to walk in and ask the staff. Hotel is well situated, beautiful property and very clean.

Amazing stay!

I loved everything! The location is just perfect. Lovely room with tall ceiling that I always like. I also appreciated the fact that i could open the window for fresh air when i wanted to, even though there was AC and worked perfectly fine too. The bed was incredibly comfortable for me! I enjoyed my sleep. The bedsheets were really soft. I only didn't understand why the cleaning staff wouldn't refill my miniature toiletries. I had to go to the reception to ask for it two days in a row. It wasn't a problem, but confusing. I also loved the tea but I didn't get new teabags for my third day, unfortunately. All in all, perfect for my needs. The lobby is beautiful and there even is a piano at the bar. I didn't have time to play it but it is a bonus for sure.

Hidden Gem. Lovely stay. Reception staff lovely and very helpful. Husband loved the breakfast. Room had a view onto the square with a Juliet balcony. Comfy bed. Great location. One very small criticism would be our tea/coffee were not replenished but the night porter sorted it out for us. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.
