I have stayed here a number of times on business recently, always generally ok. Unfortunately my most recent breakfast experience was desperate to say the least. No hot food, stale bread, ripe fruit. I am not sure what has happened, but I will not be coming back.

I had a lovely stay i was made to feel welcome. The room was clean, it had everything i needed. I am already thinking to book it again for July kids were happy so that makes me a happy mama. It's a good location walking distance to the beach and shops its a win win.

Worst ibis I’ve stayed in. Staff no where to be found when needed. Pool closed. Starbucks coffee was meant to be served at the cafe but was also out of service. Not happy at all

The room doors all seem to stick so everyone has to continuously slam there doors to get them to actually close The room it’s self is ok, not much to report one way or the other, not the biggest bed but not the worst, no iron etc although available from reception. So the bar is not the greatest experience, started with a beer from the draft which was at best warm, ordered a bottle to then have with a glass which was covered with lipstick. Staff were friendly though so that was one positive, would I stay here again, no.

It all looked promising when we walked into our chalet. Decent size room, king size bed and a single bed, minimalist yet stylish. When we went to put the TV on all channels said no reception and the one channel that did work was pixelated and flickering across several parts of the screen. Couldn’t even listen to music on it. When we mentioned this to reception she basically said this wasn’t true as all the TVs were checked every day. I was wondering why my allergies were flaring up when I got into the room, then when we complained about the dog in the chalet next door that literally barked throughout the night and sounded like it was actually in our chalet (that’s how thin the walls are) We were told it was a pet friendly hotel, which is great if you have a pet. If we had known these rooms allowed pets we would have chosen to stay elsewhere because of my allergies. The bed was super comfy, it’s a shame I was kept awake literally the whole night by a really loud fan noise coming through the wall or ceiling. I couldn’t work out where exactly but there was no access to sort it out. Having initially thought it was the bathroom fan, I turned the bathroom light on to check and that was a completely different fan and sound all together. I definitely would NOT recommend staying here, at £100 plus a night you expect to be able sleep and relax and from this experience we managed neither.

It was nice enough but called in advance to have a bath included which I was assured I did. I didn't. We had to repeat this as staff argued that we did - partner joked 'well it must be really small then cuz we don't see it's. They looked up the room as saw that we didn't. It was too late to change rooms when we arrived as fully booked, and the receptionist was kind and problem solving enough to offer us to use another downgraded room for the bath, but we don't want to go between 2 rooms so declined. Also not a large selection of breakfast and the toaster took FORRREVERRRRRR worth investing in a second one

Das Personal strotze noch vor Gastfreundschaft. Man wurde wie das notwendige Übel behandelt. Personal wirkte wenig motiviert. Anfänglich hatten wir ein Zimmer zum Hof in dem die Generatoren der AC direkt vor unserem Fenster brummten. Immerhin konnten wir nach einer Nacht das Zimmer tauschen. In beiden Bädern waren in der Dusche noch die Haare der Vorgänger zu finden. Es gab, auch nach Nachfrage, keine Toilettenbürsten. Wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen

Room was clean and tidy, pool was closed. At breakfast the tables were still full of used plates and bowls only one person trying to cover cleaning tables topping up breakfast items coffee machine not working other coffee was cold jars of condiments ie jam marmalade with spoon in them were all sticky and I also saw a child lick one after putting jam on toast then put it back in jar not very hygienic. Waited 10 minutes for a member of staff to come to the bar for us to have a drink and order food so we left and went into town for food .
