LOOK AT THE GOOGLE REVIEWS FIRST!!!

When we arrived and anchorage inns the place looked deserted. There were no lights on in the lobby (they turned them on after we mention something upon checking in), and the parking lot looked abandoned and in desperate need of repair. The man at the desk was nice at first and informed us the place was fully booked contrary to the parking lot. We checked in and headed to our room. However the halls we dirty, the carpeting was torn and stained, and it smelled like someone dumped an entire bottle (or several) of the worst smelling air freshener/cleaner I’ve ever smelled in my entire existence on this planet! The entire hotel was “under construction” and from the google reviews I’ve read has been since AT LEAST March of 2024. The room looked NOTHING like the pictures displayed online. The mattresses were old and had flakes of who knows what on them. We promptly headed back to the front desk and were told we could have another room but that was all they could do. We asked for any contact info for management and were given an email. We left and went to another hotel near by. I hope this review stays on the website as it seems only positive reviews are left here.

Friendly staff and comfy room

We enjoyed the AC in July, and HBO. While this hotel is being renovated, they took care to keep common areas clean. I would stay here again.

Stain on the ceiling, water was scalding, water would not drain from sink, view of shipping containers, right by stairs so lots of noise, no breakfast

Don't judge a book by its cover

The outside of the building is dated, as to be expected. The rooms were modern, extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. All of the staff were extremely warm, yet professional. I would stay here again.

Needs TLC but the bed was comfortable

The building was in desperate need of upkeep. The ceiling had water damage, only one of the bedside lamps worked, the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were disintegrating, the showerhead leaked. The room stunk of stale cigarette smoke. On the plus side the bed was clean and comfortable. Given the proximity to the interstate you couldn’t hear it. When I was getting ready to leave the I noticed housekeeping really trying their best to clean common areas.

Accidentally booked a room for the wrong night. Realized my mistake after the cancellation deadline. Called and front desk staff would NOT refund money or offer any cancellation. Not customer friendly.
