We really enjoyed our stay at seaside suites. The staff was amazing except the conceirge selling packages, tours and future vacations. As soon as we said no thanks, she stopped smiling, picked up her phone and ignored us. And again at check out, hard sell on future vacations. No thanks, sent us over to the real check out desk. The swim up bar got very loud and rowdy each afternoon. Room was big but there were no rooms with two queen beds even though that was advertised as an option.

The staff was amazing they accommodate our stay so to a medical emergency . They did whatever they could to help and once we checked out they asked for my family member and made sure we are ok, that meant a lot . I would definitely come back !

Everything was great until the day we were leaving. The company “Lomas Travel” attempted to scam their way into some money by not letting us know when departure was supposed to happen. Then tried to pull the old “You’ll have to pay more if you want a private ride to the airport”. For that- 4 stars -but everything else? Amazing!

I made my reservation with Expedia for 3 people. At checkout they said it was only for 2 and I had to pay $1100 extra. The entire reservation for 2 people was only 1400. Even though there might have been a mix up it seems 1100 extra is not reasonable

Room service was impeccable and everything from beginning to end was impressive and worth every bit of trust you put in them. Our transport was in a very luxurious van and every employee we had the chance to talk with or do business with was extremely nice, warm and polite. I would recommend anyone to try this hotel and experience the hospitality they provide. Cannot wait to come back someday and stay even longer next time!

We booked the Honeymoon suite,supposed to be over 500square feet but was the regular size as the other rooms. The lady we talked to said, sorry but Expedia misrepresented the room size. I had sent messages saying it was Husband's 60th birthday, was told the room would be decorated, flowers and sparkling wine upon arrival. That did not happen. When we checked in the man asked us what we would like for a complimentary drink, then to be told the bar was too busy to get them for us. Our personal concierge made all our reservations for us only to be told when we got to the restaurant there wasnt a reservation. I talked to a higher up who ensured that everything was fixed. We were only there for six days, so was a very bad experience.

Terrible experience. The resort should really be investigated. if you are planning a trip with only girls do not go here. the staff if very aggressive and will camp outside your door. not safe and lacked cleanliness

Wonderful experience! Beautiful property, some of the best maintained grounds of any resort I’ve seen in the Caribbean. Give the grounds keepers a raise! The rooms were clean as were the facilities, restrooms and restaurants. They have a very diligent staff that is in constant motion keeping things clean. Also, SUCH a friendly staff. Cynthia over at the Palms beach cabanas kept the drinks flowing and Domingo on the Beach Grill served up some excellent BBQ! Carlos(house keeping) and Azael (room service) took great care of us over in the seaside suites. The swim out balcony on the honeymoon level was truly paradise. Anyone reading this know that this is a true 5 star resort regardless of this 4.1 rating (robbery)…. The FOOD WAS AWESOME! High quality alcohol selections. Awesome service. Can’t wait to come back!

Staff friendly and very nice. Clean rooms and everyone happy and polite. The cocktail seem to be extremely weak. Not sure if they forgot the alcohol or used minimal amounts. That was the only thing I could see anyone complain about… but I don’t drink much so it didn’t bother me much!
