É um hotel honesto. Amplo, limpo. Proporcional ao valor pago. Sempre me hospedo nele quando vou a Orlando. A localização me atende bem. Achei desta vez que a mobília foi renovada. O café da manhã é muito simples, mas pelo valor da diária está ok.

Well I arrived at the place, did my check in,the guys send me to 281 unit second floor, i was walking to my room 281,and start smelling to bad ,very strong ,oldest carpet, very dark and dirty ,stinking to much they had to keep exit door openned .i entry to my room and was a strong smell too , the room is very poor situation, i didn't understand why they have all draws open in the Unit 281 . i fall sleep from 4 to 8pm wake up with headache . Strong smell , when downstairs to complain nobody was there, mabe ask them to change my room? ,.i when out the night came back after 1am to sleep it was to hard to fall sleep with that stronger smelling coming from hall carpet, then i did opened the back door of my room to fresh air gets in , then i fall sleep ,did get up to breakfast at 8:23am . It very simples brackfast .Ceirals ,apples, chocolate, pancakes, Brad, coffe ,powered milk, milk , not bad , brakfast isnot my things, , they must to change that carpet or pay to clean It . I don't recomendo people to stau at section 260 to 281 at the same location i was , i section before was smelling good , and downstairs secotions was like so much better . I dont know why the guy send me to that 281 units or that section ? They must to know it wasn't smell goo ,that smell was from 1 day only it been there from way long time . Sorry for my experience it didnt worthy the money i paid $$.

Check-in was smooth since I booked ahead, and I’ll give them credit where it’s due—the water was hot and I didn't see any roaches. But that’s about it for the good news. ​The breakfast was just basic cereal, some fruit, and coffee. They have a waffle maker, but I never bothered with it. Even though I saw the maids vacuuming, they clearly skip the details; the baseboards had a quarter-inch of dust on them. ​The room itself was a mess: ​The Bathroom: The metal frame is so rusted it looks like a tetanus shot waiting to happen. To top it off, the toilet just flushes itself every few minutes for no reason. ​Safety: I didn't realize until my last day that my sliding glass door was unlocked the whole time. When I finally looked out there, the back area looks like a homeless camp. ​The Microwave: It’s missing screws out of the top, which is sketchy because that can let radiation leak out. The turntable doesn’t even spin, so it just rattles and burnt my food from the night before. ​The Smell: As soon as I walked in, there was this weird, unpleasant smell. Not a total stink, but definitely not "clean." ​The TV situation is trash. No HBO, no Showtime, nothing premium. They have Spectrum 13 from Tampa for some reason, which makes no sense since we’re on the other side of Florida. Most of the channels are just sports or kids' shows. I spent three nights just flipping through channels because there was absolutely nothing to watch.

I realized that my family and I were not staying at the Plaza however I have both positive and negative comments. For the positive first: staff was helpful, the beds were comfortable with fully sealed mattress covers on the beds to prevent bed bugs and the continental breakfast was fine. Now for the negative comments: the place is old, floor tiles missing in the halls, bath tub looked dirty, it had a broken drain and the biggest issue I had was about safety since the side entrance lock was broken and always always open.

Pool war vorhanden, habe es allerdings nicht benutzt. Zimmer war ordentlich ausgestattet. Für mich war das wichtigste das das Bett bequem war. Frühstück war besser als in manch anderen hotels, wobei bisschen mehr Auswahl doch besser wäre. Im großen und ganzen war ich zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt.

I got a look behind the mattress when the pillow slipped down… pretty awful and it clearly never gets cleaned. Lots of roaches in the bathroom ( it is Florida). The sheets and bed were surprisingly comfortable. The road is very loud with the occasional insane car rev.

Pool looked good but didn't use it. 1 night stay. Trouble with hot water but was fixed. Room big, clean had what I needed for 1 night. Lots of kids with high octane cars next door at the petrol station. Think they were in bed by 1030pm.
