Positives: My room was clean and comfortable, check in was easy and front desk was kind. Quiet and dark room. Free coffee. Cheap daily parking ($9) and free shuttle. I have patience for them being under construction, but the crew doing the job is kinda careless and the first floor is a total mess. Wood, plaster, dust, and even food on the ground.

Newly renovated. Very nice rooms now. Very close to the airport. This is a nice stay now, and deserves better than the 6.5 rating it had. I will be staying here whenever I fly out of Syracuse. They also have affordable long term parking available for folks using the airport too. Free shuttle to the airport too.

Currently getting renovated... There were bare electrical wires sticking out of the wall in my bathroom and the faucet wasn't really secured to the sink. I get that they're renovating, but it seems like they might have been able to do something better here. We arrived late and only stayed one night, so I didn't bother complaining to the desk people but she seemed nice.

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel. Many of the small kitchen items are not there yet. The staff was able to give us a set of dishes for two when we asked. They are also waiting on replacement items (like refrigerators) to arrive. The current fridge was roomy, but the ice maker did not work. The microwave and dishwasher worked fine.

There should have been more than one towel set in the room. Can’t believe there wasn’t any kitchen supplies (cups, coffee pot, etc). There wasn’t even plastic cups to get a drink! You provide many dishwasher soaps, but nothing to wash!

Returned from our flight 3/10/26 @ 11:10 pm and was unable to reach anyone at the hotel for the shuttle to return to our car at the hotel! I tried numerous times and we had to pay $22.50 for a taxi to get our car. Very disappointed with being unable to reach the operator!!
